We have decided to revamp our web site to bring it more up to date and to begin posting regularly about our progress.
Great start to the new year, Mark Cinganelli, our Operations Manager, who started with us in November 2018 has settled in well and is already making many positive improvements to our procedures. Customer focus along with Health and Safety are top of our priorities.
During 2018 we grew in all of our Operations. We have also employed some fantastic people to help us deliver, what we consider an outstanding level of service. We look forward to giving great service to all our customers in the coming year.
We have carried out a lot of work on our compliance to GDPR and are confident we are taking care of the privacy of all of our customers, suppliers and employees.
Since January 2018, we have expanded our staff to meet the increasing work load. We have recruited 2 more apprentices, 2 service engineers, a new salesman and a repairs operations manager. We remain focused and dedicated to delivering good quality workmanship and up to date communication with our clients.
In December 2017 we moved offices to a more modern facility with outside space for our employees. The new environment is a pleasure to work in.
We have been fortunate, to have been able, to employ a fantastic technician. If you have a problematic lift we would be happy to send him for 2 hours, free of charge, to your site to investigate and usually repair the lift. After which we will send a report of his findings. This offer is […]
