About Us
Unique Lifts was established in 2015 as a Limited Company by Reg Coote and Mark Warner, who together have over 70 years of experience in the Lift Industry.
The aim was to create a company which keeps its customers informed in real time, using the latest technology.
Unique Lifts aims to be the leading Lift Service and Repair provider within the UK.

Lift Maintenance
We believe that pro-active maintenance of lifts should involve “real time” lift monitoring and it is our intention to bring this to all of the lifts we maintain.
Lift Modernisation
At Unique lifts we can replace or upgrade all types of lift installations that fully comply to EN standards.
New Lifts
We are able to supply and fit a range of lift packages. Our trained surveyors will source the correct package for the new lift shaft by assessing the building’s characteristics, number of lift users and budget.

We have decided to revamp our web site to bring it more up to date and to begin posting regularly about our progress.
Great start to the new year, Mark Cinganelli, our Operations Manager, who started with us in November 2018 has settled in well and is already making many positive improvements to our procedures. Customer focus along with Health and Safety are top of our priorities.
During 2018 we grew in all of our Operations. We have also employed some fantastic people to help us deliver, what we consider an outstanding level of service. We look forward to giving great service to all our customers in the coming year.
